Vision: A future where teens in Greendale and Hales Corners thrive with balance, purpose, and a strong network of peer support.
Mission: To support youth in both communities through inclusive, youth-driven programs that foster mental health, resilience, healthy decision-making, and meaningful connection.
Growing up is hard work and navigating life’s challenges, especially in recent years, has been a struggle for many teens. Utilizing youth voice and inspiration, Youth Alliance has set on a mission to provide opportunities for teens to impact their peers and community in positive ways. We know that teens are the BEST advocates for what they NEED with regard to resilience, finding purpose and balance, mental health, healthy decision making, supporting each other and thriving in life. Peer to peer advocacy and engagement are vital to the health of the community.
Teens are the future of tomorrow and Youth Alliance allows for a productive space for youth to serve their community and make BIG changes!
Join us this summer to facilitate progress, create and encourage change, and meet new people!
We are looking for youth leaders, with diverse backgrounds, personalities and strengths, to help us expand.
As we grow, evolve, learn and discover, are you IN? Stay tuned for information about how to attend the Cebrin Goodman Teen Institute summer leadership conference in 2026!
